“Took my car to Willy's for an ICBC claim. This is the second time. Simone was so great. She was was very knowledgable and kept me updated on the status of the work. My car was restored to perfection. Once I picked up my car, there was an issue with my brakes that I hadn't noticed. They didn't hesitate at all to help me. Even did me a solid by giving me a greater deal than i would have got anywhere else. The work was done in record time. Such a great family owned business. “I was actually picking up a U-Haul rental ( no I do not recommend using U-Haul ever!! Worst experience) but the awesome, amazing, kind and sweet man at performance was the best!! He was so nice to me even though U-Haul changed my rental pick up time and did not inform me he saw the message I sent to performance and came in early called me to pick up and got me on my way faster so I spent less money paying movers to drink coffee!!!
Highly recommend performance!!! HIGHLY do NOT recommend U-Haul!!!”
“I've been to several Lordco's in the last number of weeks. Campbell River, and Trail, right on top of their game. Found the Lordco in Courtenay kind of snobbish. Needed parts and the account that we need to get our parts from was not honored. My mechanic was a few miles away did not have the ability to come down show his ID card to prove who he was.”
