“Called around when our car battery was dead to find a decent price. The person I spoke with was kind, took the time to figure out what size of battery we would need, told me how to measure it to confirm, and then when we came by even gave us a bit of a deal, which was totally unexpected. This is the first time I have felt comfortable going into an auto parts shop and talking to the staff. Often I find I get talked down to or ignored, but this place is different.
They were even willing to load us a socket wrench extender when we forgot ours so that my husband and I could change out the battery ourselves. 10/10 service. We will continue to return to this shop.”

“I was actually picking up a U-Haul rental ( no I do not recommend using U-Haul ever!! Worst experience) but the awesome, amazing, kind and sweet man at performance was the best!! He was so nice to me even though U-Haul changed my rental pick up time and did not inform me he saw the message I sent to performance and came in early called me to pick up and got me on my way faster so I spent less money paying movers to drink coffee!!!

“I've been to several Lordco's in the last number of weeks. Campbell River, and Trail, right on top of their game. Found the Lordco in Courtenay kind of snobbish. Needed parts and the account that we need to get our parts from was not honored. My mechanic was a few miles away did not have the ability to come down show his ID card to prove who he was.”
