So turns out that mark the gold guy likes to rip people off for there gold. He takes advantage of people that he knows are in desperate times and uses it for his own gains. My personal experience is this. I went to him some gold that I had been collecting and saving over the years . I had two buttons which I had melted myself out of scrap gold that I had been picking up . 1 button was 29 gr of 10k and the other was 31 gr of 14k gold which at scrap value is nearly $3,000 . He offered me $800. When I said that I know what the value is and I understand you gotta make something off of this transaction , but come on man. He said he could do $1000. Knowing that I needed the money . So I took it . So fo yourself a favor and completely avoid thus guy. Cheap and greedy . And clearly doesn't care about repeat business.. I'm never going there again. You should do the same

Mark is a pleasure to deal with and the shop has an incredible selection of gold, guitars, and niche items to check out! I highly recommend this business to others. I sold him some scrap gold I had laying around, and I felt what I got for it was fair!

Met Mark for the first time today and he’s an awesome straight shooter.. Any negative mentions are likely from his direct competitors of his business .. Yes, he’s gonna make his margins but he’s got a brick and mortar shop! Profit ain’t a dirty word! Any provides a valuable service to people that have exhausted other areas due to their own ignorance or unforeseen circumstances. In my opinion, it’s one of the most honest banks in the world! And it’s pure collateral trade

Mark isn't a merchant, he's family. This guy goes out of his way to help when he doesn't need to do so. He has long long ago earned not only my admiration but respect and loyalty. When someone does something not to make a buck necessarily but just to be an example of what it is to be human and understand, well that deserves recognition. Thanks to him and his staff for being human, not a calculator

I visited this pawn shop last week with a piece of jewelry that I wanted to sell . THe owner immediately told me that it was a beautiful piece and commented on how unique it was. I was pleasantly surprised by what he offered to buy it for as it was more than what I had expected. Very friendly, knowledgeable and fair. I will definitely be going back and doing more business with him as I was impressed with the way he handled the sale.
