Outstanding Service and Professionalism!
Kathy (at the front desk) was always a pleasure to speak with—friendly, helpful, and professional. James and the entire team at Courtenay Collision went above and beyond with their service. They were honest, trustworthy, and completed the necessary repairs on our vehicle with true professionalism. When we picked up our Sante Fe, it looked amazing—clean and shining, inside and out. A big thank you to everyone who played a part in making this such a positive experience. We would highly recommend Courtenay Collision to anyone looking for quality collision repair.

My car had a small prang, and I hoped to avoid ICBC. I got an appointment, everything was on time, and James had me in, out, and back on the road in one, quick visit. And the sun was shining. Hard to imagine how it could get any better. Awesome service.

Took care of the repairs when our family van was smashed up in a hit and run outside my workplace. The result looks great and they did an excellent clean up of the interior too. Staff are pleasant, efficient communicators and insurance handling was a breeze. Highly recommended based on this experience.

Brought our Honda Odyssey in from a minor collision with a cement barrier after being run off the road. They fixed everything from the collision, and you can't tell that anything was wrong. Very happy with their work.

I only ever take my Toyota to Courtenay Collision in the valley. They did fast, effective work on my previous 2017 RAV. I reversed my current 2022 Highlander into a misparked vehicle just before the festive holidays. They took good care of it, detailed it and even left snackies in the front. Always pleasant, hands-on, very clear. Love the whole crew. Totally recommend these folks!

So you call and leave a voice mail saying you usually don't call customers back if they miss an appointment... um, so why are you calling and leaving the message?? Try to remember that it's the customers are doing you a favor by giving you work, not the other way around.

I had the most amazing experience with Courtenay Collision! All their staff was helpful, professional, and kind. They made a stressful time go so much smoother. Not only did they repair my vehicle, they washed the exterior, vacuumed all the interior and left me some cookies on my passenger seat. I cannot thank them enough. Great service, I had my car in for an ICBC repair, there was a long wait but every icbc repair place had similar waits at the time, once I dropped off my vehicle it was done next day which was way quicker than expected. They really went above and beyond, repaired the issues that were damaged from a collision and cleaned the vehicle, its way cleaner than I ever had it. Very friendly staff and they offered me a ride home when i dropped off my vehicle.Services: Painting
