This is the best gym I have ever been to. Seriously. The coaches are knowledgable, friendly, encouraging, helpful, patient, + an endless list of positive adjectives. Erick & Mélissa have curated an excellent team.
I signed up for this gym desperate to find another way to get active, and I'm so glad that I did. Standard gyms, home workouts, and self-motivation were not working for me. But this works.
As a chronic giver-upper I came into this from a completely sedentary lifestyle, and I can't describe with words the insane improvement to my mental health and physical strength, and I've only gone to 30 classes so far! (and many, many more to come).
The community at CFCC is incredibly supportive, motivating, and welcoming.
You will make friends here.
Every workout is customizable to your limitations while still challenging you. Class sizes are small (12 people max) so you can expect coaches to be attentive throughout the entire warmup, workout, and cool down.
ANYONE can join. (That includes YOU, by the way!)
I could go on-and-on about the benefits of walking through the CFCC door.

I love to run and swim and used to think I was reasonably fit, until I decided to finally add strength training into the mix. I didn’t know how much I needed CrossFit until I began a trial month and discovered that I’m not as fit as I thought I was. The coaches are skilled, attentive, friendly, and extraordinarily patient. They adapt the workouts as I learn new skills and techniques in a manner that is both safe and challenging. I’m encouraged by the stories I hear from the wide range of gym members who share their experiences and their triumphs. I wish I had discovered CrossFit years ago!

I really enjoy my time workout out at constant conditioning. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. The workouts are both challenging and rewarding and the camaraderie with the other athletes helps a great deal when I’m grinding. I highly recommend giving CrossFit a go. I procrastinated for ages on starting and I regret that. Constant Conditioning has been very welcoming and fun.

Wow. I have no words. In this short period of time, I learned a lot. I was always welcomed and felt welcome from the first moment. The coaches always push and motivate you. The varied trainings were great. I can only recommend the studio of Mélissa and Erick. I will always remember it best. Thank you for this great time.

What a wonderful gym! I live on the north island and was only able to attend three classes with Erick. He was super informative, attentive to form and so motivating! The community at this gym was also super inspiring and motivating. Ericks moms attends classes! Way to go Kathy!! I highly recommend trying it out and adding it to your regular workout routine. Thanks for a great experience!

I came to CCC for one reason. My mental health. Yes indeed I need to loose some pounds for my physical health. But the main one is my mental health. I feel welcome and not judge. They have a wide differences of person and shape that goes in the gym. And no one is make you feel shame. People are so welcoming. The trainers are fabulus. I am a broken person physically and they ALWAYS have alternative for me. They are supportive of all our wellbeing. You have tons of options for training. Morning and evening. That mean it is super flexible. Specially for a shift worker I am. Again I totally recommend it!

CrossFit Conditioning is a great way to get in better shape. I thought I was in shape before joining. Eric and Melissa's workouts have showed me that I have much to learn and develop, and I have had a blast challenging myself in the workouts. Since joining, I have accomplished goals that I didn't think were in my reach. Thank so much!
