I have done my banking with FCU since I was born (literally). I love it. I have now merged my investments with them and I feel even more secure and happy. I don't know if there is another financial institution that would treat you with the respect you get here

I like how small and personal it is. I love the people we deal with there. I like how community based it is. Having said that, in my opinion, the processes are not up to speed with the big banks and you have to have more patience and knowledge when requiring services outside the box.
