“This is the best gym I have ever been to. Seriously. The coaches are knowledgable, friendly, encouraging, helpful, patient, + an endless list of positive adjectives. Erick & Mélissa have curated an excellent team.

I signed up for this gym desperate to find another way to get active, and I'm so glad that I did. Standard gyms, home workouts, and self-motivation were not working for me. But this works.
As a chronic giver-upper I came into this from a completely sedentary lifestyle, and I can't describe with words the insane improvement to my mental health and physical strength, and I've only gone to 30 classes so far! (and many, many more to come).
The community at CFCC is incredibly supportive, motivating, and welcoming.

Every workout is customizable to your limitations while still challenging you. Class sizes are small (12 people max) so you can expect coaches to be attentive throughout the entire warmup, workout, and cool down.
ANYONE can join. (That includes YOU, by the way!)

“I've been going to this gym for 14 months five days a week and have nothing but amazing things to say.- CrossFit, at least here with the Level Method programming, is way different than I expected but in a great way. There is a lot of resistance training with compound and Olympic lifting, it's not just HIIT bootcamp. There is also a clear progression system to track 15 areas of fitness.- Every coach is either educated or highly experienced or both in sports, nutrition, and lifting. The classes are also limited in size so you get personal attention every class to ensure you are using the proper form and avoid injury.- All you have to do is sign up and show up. Get yourself there and the coach takes care of the rest. The workouts scale as you progress so it never gets easier, always pushes you to grow every class.- The community is the gym is great and highly supportive. Everyone is really welcoming and encouraging. I was nervous when I first started as I was doing "easier" workouts than a lot of people. I mentioned this to someone who I considered much more fit and his response pointed out that because of the scaling that the Level Method provides, he was not working out any harder than I was!Try these guys out! I highly recommend getting the five class personal trainer package which also gives you two weeks unlimited classes once you've done your sessions. These five classes help familiarize you with the kinds of exercises you will do and starts you off with a "level" across all 15 disciplines.”

“Love the full body circuit style classes as I am not interested in doing cross fit. The people are super friendly, the coaches are extremely responsive when emailed. I appreciate the correction on form from the coaches and I am happy to say I finally found my workout family. My only regret is not finding you sooner! Looking forward to getting back in shape and losing weight for a healthier me in 2025!”
