Stopped in to get my skates sharpened for this weekend‘s walrus tournament. Haven’t been in the shop in many years and the two men that helped me were fantastic. Dillan was super helpful and recommended with skates and getting them heat fit again and Bryan hooked up a repair on my hockey helmet in a matter of five minutes. Great Service boys.

Ordered a Tanner Tee - Adult Size from Source for Sports online. Happy's sent the wrong item (youth sized tee) in an unmarked, thoroughly damaged and retaped box.
Contacting Source for Sports to initiate the return.
Update Jul 17/24 - The store reached out to me directly. They organized the return of the first tee, and sent me the correct one - all free of charge. We've been very impressed with how quickly the store reached out and all they have done to address the issue. When it comes to customer service in this kind of tricky situation, you can't do better than they have.

Happy's Source for Sports has been a pillar company in the Comox Valley for longer than I can remember. Growing up my parents taking me there for all the sports gear we needed, and for them supporting my hat collection. The new owners are amazing and this should be your first stop. Son's skates were hurting and James quickly figured out the problem for us. He is a wealth of knowledge, especially for a parent who doesn't play hockey and has a goalie son. Best sports store in the Comox Valley

We took our 2 year old in for her first pair of hockey skates yesterday (Tuesday March 22nd) and it was an amazing experience.The gentleman (Started with a D?) and the other young man working there were great.They were able to get our toddler to sit still to be fitted for her new skates which isn’t an easy task, and also gave us tips on how to get her used to them when we went home.She smiled during the whole visit, had such a fun time & they made us feel so comfortable.My husband also brought his pretty badly beaten up skates in to get sharpened and they were able to do it so quickly.100% recommend this store and will be back for all our sports related gear! Excellent customer service. Thank you guys so much :)-The Duncans

We were in town for a hockey tournament and needed some last-minute, emergency skate sharpening. Happy's Source for Sports was very busy with many skate sharpening orders already but the owner fit us in and helped us when we were in a bind. Excellent service, highly recommended!
