There are complaints about how much insurance costs in BC. Well, we have varied terrain-and some terrible drivers. We also have a huge issue with drugs. My own experience with ICBC was that they were truly helpful, caring and courteous. I am grateful.

Sold car as a write off. People really friendly and helpful.

Nice and attentive staff. Came in for out of province transit pass, didn't have passport as primary ID (odd BC rule won't recognize Alberta drivers licence as valid ID). Agent called ICBC for relaxation.
