“I respect this business, I’ve watched someone roll up on a clearly stolen e bike to attempt a sale (trust me, that person didn’t own it) and they turned em down without hesitation. The guy running the counter said he has no tolerance for that BS and I really like when I business stands on principles when others might have a mindset that’s more focused on making money no matter what, with a “not my problem” mentality. Definitely not this business, and any time I’ve made a sale they’re always very reasonable. A few times I’ve brought in items that I was being unrealistic about and the clerks are patient and show you how much it’s worth new and everything no big deal, they still made an offer that was reasonable based on the original sale price and that’s their principle you can count on. Like I said I appreciate that, as opposed to being given the run around.”
