The self dog wash is an absolute mess with run down equipment and some of the male employees should not be working in customer service. If you don’t like animals or people you should get a different job.

Purchased a fish from here, which sickened soon and died within a week. That's life, but given that it was an expensive fish, I was hoping for a replacement. Despite my bringing in a video of the (dead) fish and a dated credit card record with the store name, no replacement was made available (I wasn't asking for a refund). I followed up with Petsmart customer feedback, and they were supportive, but ultimately tossed this back at the store. Store staff haven't bothered to reach out.

Fantastic service today, I got amazing help from catherine in the cat department picking a healthier diet for my fur baby's. Would definitely recommend checking out this petsmart!

PetSmart is always good, nice staff, many are quite knowledgeable.Store was a in a bit of a disarray, just messier than usual, probably a busy weekend.

We took Blu the Wonder Dog to the Courtenay PetSmart to get his nails clipped and ground down with a Dremel power tool. Max was the groomer trainee who did Blu’s nails.Max was wonderful with Blu and nice to interact with. We wish him luck in his future when he enters the PetSmart groomers training course.Max - thanks for taking care of our fur child.
