Extremely helpful staff. Chetan Rama Naidu took the initiative and the extra time to explain everything to me, as it was my first time in Canada. He was very polite, helpful, understanding, and mature.I highly suggest him for people who require help.

The service at the branch is great but don't try and phone them. You will have to go through the RBC Virtual Assistant which is the most frustrating robot and the phone hold times are impossibly long, so long that it is easier to go in person to the branch.
