Amazing service and skill, towed a vw cabrio to Reid’s after having 2 mechanics unable to figure out what’s wrong including VW tech’s with all their diagnostic computers! Trent and Mike are amazing at figuring out what was wrong with car when others had no clue, fixed everything, runs excellent, very reasonable on cost, would highly recommend for any vehicle issues!

Supper happy the my results. Required a major repair (complete brake system replacement), and they took care of my issues quickly and at a reasonable price. Everyone I encountered there was super friendly. Will happily return for future work.

Wow! These Guys are amazing. The Customer Service is outstanding. We are so happy with the work done on our Rav 4.
They squeezed us into a very busy day to give us a diagnosis and after 7 hours, they did not give up until the problem was located and repaired. Really happy with Reids and All of the caring mechanics. We will take our vehicles there from now on.
I'd give them a 10 Star rating if I could.

I first used Reid Auto a few months ago for suspension work on my 2006 Xtrerra. I had called over the Christmas holidays when they were closed and I got a call first thing when they came back to work in the new year. Richard was amazing. Work was very well done and under the estimate. I was very happy. I picked them based on their 5 star ratings and they definitely deserve those. I don't often post but felt compelled to post now because I they just did me huge favour. My motorcycle oil drain plug was stripped because of faulty work at dealer and I could not get it to budge. I called Richard he said come on by. No appointment. I dropped in and the tech came right out and in a few minutes he had the damaged plug out and the new in and I was on my way. I had an appoint 5 weeks from now at a dealer and another local dealer wouldn't even answer their phone. These guys are the best. Won't deal with anyone else. I'm very picky about my vehicles and they take great care. Highly recommended.
