Rude customer service, refusal to offer much change for the carwash. Poor carwash maintenance, not fixing the payment machines for weeks/months. Abrupt response to my request for change, blaming too many people asking for change. It is a carwash, people require change. Possibly a cultural customer service norm.

She was angry, the washroom has been out of order two weeks and I offered to fix it because I'm in maintenance I do this kind of thing every day and she started screaming at me. I'm thinking now maybe she was scared fear manifest in many ways

Teach the god damn staff how to use the auto propane. BEYOND RIDICULOUS that i cannot fill up my propane truck because the "manager" doesn't train his staff and leaves them to take the blunt of customer unsatisfaction while going on vacation. What a joke. Boycott all gas n go stations.

Business hours on their door say open at 6:00, yet 20 minutes later and they still weren't open. Also have a sign saying they won't sell smokes or vapes to non bc residents, haven't seen a single other gas station on the island say that and I have lived here for over a year.

I came here to fill up my half full propane tanks for camping and the employees said they are not qualified to fill them.

The questionable labour practices of this business are nothing short of disgusting. Bullying workers into signing illegal contracts that say workers will not be paid for overtime. Bullying workers into demotions and pay cuts. Whoever is running this business should be ashamed, and know that these unfair and unethical labour practices are known and have been reported! Shame shame shame!!
