Just went through the car wash with a Jeep YJ (small vehicle) . Was surprised how aggressive the machine was. It was shaking the car. At the end there was still soap dripping off the back of the car. But more important, it broke off both of my fog lights on the front. Never go back there! I have taken this car through other car washes with no problems.

Had some time to kill on this end of town, so I decided to get my car washed went into their touchless car wash which did a great job getting all the dirt off. when I got thru I got out to put my N back on my car and there was soap all over the back end still. I went inside and asked for some water so I could rinse the remaining soup off of it. To my surprise the clerk straight up was like no I said it didnt rinse my car properly she just kinda shrugged me off . super unimpressed paid 15 dollars to have to go somewhere else and rinse it anyways. fix your equipment please. i personally will never be back to this location.

DO NOT GO HERE TO WASH YOUR CAR!!!! My car has horizontal scratches all over the right side after going here. I went inside to tell them they should shut it down for the day and get it inspected so it does not happen to anyone else, and I was told I was the only person " Complaining" Terrible customer service.It is NOT just me that this has happened to, there are too many comments on Facebook to even post!

The car wish need to be shut down. My car is so scratched up I lost my word. Scratches on both sides of the door all the way from the bottoms. I called them they said the manager will give me a call so hopefully they will do something about it.I saw that I’m not the first person that it happens to as there are good amounts of bad reviews on their car wash on different platform.Only if I could give them no star, but I can’t because google is too nice. Don’t go there unless u want to paid 17$ For them to scrape off every inches of your paint on your car.

Absolutely the best Shell gas station around. As an airmiles collector I always fill up at shell. This location in particular has the best ownership and management. Staff are always friendly and greet you everytime you walk into the store. Bathroom is always clean and the carwash is great too. Thanks for maintaining high standards of customer service.

Need to pay more attention to the customers that are not youre friends hanging out..even tho they are buying lotto they've been there for a bit...getting gas and having to wait so they can keep playing....
