Horrible experience with them.
I bought an expensive mattress because I have back problems and the mattress get deformed in less than one year. What the “warranty” said? That it was “normal” for the use.
Not buying here ever again.

We relocated to the “valley” in late 2023 and this is the 2nd time we visit the store. Cody has been our representative on both visits, and he’s been nothing short of amazing! Not only have our sleep needs been met, they’ve been exceeded! His knowledge, expertise, and advice are a life saver for guaranteeing the best possible sleep solutions in our new home!

Wonderful experience with our salesman Cody at this location. We wound up with the perfect mattress and he gave us free pillows and sheets and protectors with it! I highly recommend this salesman and location. They also do price matching / deal matching on similar products from competitors. Can't go wrong. We wound up with the HUSH bed and we are very happy

I’ve bought several beds over the last few decades from sleep country Canada Corey and Rick are pretty amazing. My last bed that I’m still waiting for delivery. Corey did everything to make sure I found the right bed for the right price price is always a factor but to be honest at my age the comfort of a good bed pillows the whole 9 yards is the difference between hugging my grandchildren and not Countries, quality products are known to be outstanding the cherry on top though is customer service thank you Cory I can’t wait to get my new bed so much. I wish I could move the delivery date to sooner but that’s another quality aspect of sleep country Canada. They’re actually making the bed for me right now I can’t wait thanks guys folks all I can tell is my experience with sleep country and be very careful with the pillow top protector. Make sure you get one because they are also the strictest warranty that I’ve ever found but they do replace the whole bed if you follow by their guidelines , The only thing I can say is in the commercial it says why buy a bed anywhere else to be honest I wouldn’t and it’s not about your company or your store or any of that. Honestly, it’s about your staff members like Corey that make sure you’re taking care of that matters to me so much when something You know you’re taking care of

Their products are no longer made well, they don’t stand behind the quality of their product, and their customer service is terrible. Stay clear of sleep country, it’s not what it use to be.

I am very disappointed with the policies of exchange at Sleep Country. Products and Sales reps were great, just cannot justify why they would not refund where there is an issue. When the issue is mentioned to them straight away and not after the 100 days... they should take it back and refund if there is no satisfactory solution for the customer, most of all when it is asked after less than a week. I also cannot believe the bed we have tried will be thrown away, brand new, and not sold again... so why not proceed to a refund? This is this part which pains me the most. Now we have validated the exchange, from a queen to 2 twins (luckily for us sales started so we were able to afford...) found bed platforms but now we have to wait 3 more weeks for a delivery...! 3 long weeks and i am very annoyed.... I am a little sleep deprived and I am not happy and i wish i was not locked in with these policies to get 2 twins xl somewhere else, somewhere I could even pick up myself.. but no... they would not even allow that... so frustrating. I know i will be happy once I will have them here. I just hated to deal with this and wished for a little more empathy and solutions for my issues. Might never order from sleep country again for this reason.

After two years of having a Purple Mattress we noticed pilling. We went into the store where we had spent well over $4,000 to see what could be done. They referred us to the warranty company who referred us to the mattress manufacturer. When we called them they, after some discussion, were willing to send us a new cover for the mattress but only if we paid for the new cover and paid for shipping. Considering that we had had taken action to use an additional mattress cover from day one we feel that a three star rating may be overrating the service we received.

I went in asking about sheets ( bamboo or Egyptian cotton?) After asking a couple questions to Rick ( I believe that was is name) and getting vague answers: me: "Wich one last longer?" rick: "oh depends on how you take care of them but feel how soft bamboo is!" I got the feeling he was trying to sell me the more expensive product and so I left, about 30 mins later I went back hoping to talk to someone else and ended up with Rick again who continued to vaguely Des the cheaper products and push bamboo without actually answering any of my real questions, so I left and went somewhere else where they gladly helped me make a informed decision. Ps if rick reads this when someone ask you to be honest witch one last longer and you reply back with "who knows?" Maybe the person selling the product should know thats who.
