I Made a mistake with the drop off today and gave wrong parcel and went back after 2hrs and person there went above and beyond to fix my mistake. I am very thankful because it was a gift and I wanted to make sure I get it back. Thank you again for your help.

went into staples Wednesday November 5 at around 10 am and had lovely service. There was someone at the door immediately greeting and helping everyone who entered the store and it created a really positive efficient atmosphere. My day got better after experiencing the staff on this specific day.
