    Had a nightmare experience at Loomis, so I went to Staples to return a DHL package. Shaun was working in shipping returns area and was incredibly helpful. I really appreciate his down to earth demeanor. He made me feel like everything was going to be ok! One of the most pleasant post office experiences I've ever had.
