We had the most helpful server named Gill, who filled our sandwiches full and helped us get the best deals. He went above and beyond for us, even making sure we had waters. Highly recommend this Subway in the Valley!

Food and staff are always great! But the speakers or music system seems to be broken. So the music comes out sounding really weird, which is to bad. It's been broken sounding for about 3 weeks. Other than that. Super awesome place to chill and have something to eat.

Tonight was the best service I think I’ve ever gotten at a Subway location in the Valley! Gills was my server. He had the BEST attitude and customer service by far. It was busy. He was by himself. But that didn’t phase him at all. He was absolutely wonderful! My sandwiches were made EXACTLY the way I asked. He was quick to make them, and they were made perfectly! They weren’t sloppy or messy. They literally looked like the subs in the pictures! I HIGHLY recommend him, he deserves some recognition for his amazing work ethic! BTW. I went there about a month ago, and also had him as my server, and he was just as wonderful then, as he was tonight!

Longest Ive ever had to wait at a Subway. I do give credit to the girl for her cool and a smile. Very understaffed.

Aren't you supposed to wash your hands after touching cash?Asked the first person to wash their hands after they didn't bother. While washing their hands, another employee walks past the sink and attempts to serve me without washing. I walked out.

Just bought a foot long walked in at 1:25 and walked out at 2:00Took 35 Minutes for a foot long sub there was only 1 young girl working she was working so hard and it was lunch time too it was busy and she Handel it right by herself but at least not let customer wait 35 Minutes for one foot long hire more people ,also the sub she didn’t even ask to be toasted or not I let it slide extremely rube employees

Friendly staff and fast service. They're generous with the veggies, which I have rarely experienced at other locations... Everything looks and tastes fresh, and the restaurant is clean. The best Subway location in Courtenay by far!

DO NOT GO HEREBetween the lady yelling at the employee she couldn't even professionally train and putting down subs to make others, arguing about how our subs should be made, interrupting us whilst trying to order after she's asked what we'd like. it took us 30 mins to get out of there with a footlong and a 6 inch. We were the only customers. Seemed like no matter what we asked for the lady was gonna make it how she would like anyways. What a waste of time with this branch. 0 stars if i could.???
