Please update your operating hours here in google as its time wasting going to your office and it says its close. There’s 2 of us came in in a hot summer sunday to drop our parcels but you guys are closed but in platform it says you’re open.. 😖

Wonderful service! I put the shipping label inside the box even though the instructions clearly indicated not to. The customer service rep was so kind because she opened the box, with my permission, took the label out and proceeded to process my shipment. All with a smile on her face. I will definitely use this service location again. Cheers

The Courtney ups is hiding it it not where you think it is you have to guess where it is just as well the young lady that was with me had a phone with her. The door was locked closed with no address for the drop off. So sad very say

Went to return an item. They had a hard time connecting to their printer. Staff was very helpful but took a one time. Had to trust staff to take email hot so they could print it there and trust they would send my name brand winter coat. It was a success.

Every single time an order is shipped to me by UPS there's a problem, border fees that I do not have to pay any other shipping service, even for identical orders, and it never gets here when it's supposed to be delivered there's always some problem WORST SHIPPING COMPANY IN EXISTENCE.

Scam, scam, ignore, delay, delay, ignore, scam, scam… Threatening to hold and then send package back if you don’t pay. Sounds like extortion to me. Already cleared customs myself and still trying to track down my package that’s already been to my house twice. Driver said he’d try again today, but nothing. Won’t send papers that customs said I don’t actually need. UPS pickup doesn’t have it. Secret UPS holding location - no one there. Never going to use this pos company again.

I paid $125 to have my parcel delivered on Friday, August 2. Never arrived, still waiting and it says now that the recipient has changed the date. I have not changed the date of delivery! I am being held hostage in my own home, waiting for this delivery. this item was supposed to be a something borrowed for my daughters wedding. It was my late mothers. Definitely put a dent on my daughters wedding day.

UPS is a scam company. You tell them you want to self clear and they wont send you the documents. They send you customs fees to pay online which you pay, and then they demand more money when they arrive and hold your package hostage until they get it. Please stop supporting UPS.
