Took my car to Willy's for an ICBC claim. This is the second time. Simone was so great. She was was very knowledgable and kept me updated on the status of the work. My car was restored to perfection. Once I picked up my car, there was an issue with my brakes that I hadn't noticed. They didn't hesitate at all to help me. Even did me a solid by giving me a greater deal than i would have got anywhere else. The work was done in record time. Such a great family owned business. I'll send anyone I know there that needs work done. Thank you Simone and Willy's. 5 stars from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently had work done on my Mercedes at Willy Collision. However, I had not so good experience with Simone at the front desk. And I met few customers at the shop who said same thing. She pretends she knows her job but she dosen’t at all. It made process frustrating and a bit unprofessional at times. Willy definitely needs to work on her or she gonna damage your image.
I’m happy with the results just coz of PATRICK and MATHEW — Shoutout to them! They were amazing throughout the entire process. Super professional, knowledgeable, and clearly take pride in their work. My vehicle looks fantastic now thanks to them!

Simone used my Sierra Denali as her personal vehicle for over 200km when it was in her shop , I even found her personal Costco Mastercard in my center console . She had replaced the gas right to the half tank mark I dropped it off at ,but forgot about the odometer thing.
I’ve come to willys for four major claims in the last six years and there is no reason to recommend this shop. They don’t stand behind their work ,they use subcontracted repair shops that do second rate work .
All four of my 22 inch wheels are prematurely corroding after just one year due to poor work by Willys chosen rim shop and nobody is taking responsibility.
Highly recommend NOT using this shop

Willys took in my car after I had a collision in January. They were friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and did an amazing job at restoring my car to its original condition pre-accident. Simone kept me informed throughout the entire process with updates on the work progress and was very helpful and friendly answering any and all questions I had. My car looks and drives perfect, and I am so appreciative they were able to fit me into their busy work schedule on such short notice. Thanks so much to the staff at Willys, would 100% recommend to anyone looking to bring their business there.

They are so incredible and helpful ! They go above and beyond for their customers and help in anyway they can. I’ll never go anywhere else. They are trustworthy and reliable and stand up people who work there. I can’t thank them enough! I’ve been in two accidents and they have been amazing both times! Highly recommended!!!
