“I hit a deer en route to Cranbrook - Fernie Towing took me to Neno’s Paint & Body - I met Jeremy, but he was not able to take my car . . . BUT . . . he went above and beyond to help me get what I needed - phone number for ICBC Dial-a-claim (he spoke with the agent on my behalf) - phoned Budget Rent-a-Car and got me a car rental to get me home to Grand Forks - then he double checked to make sure I was OK - WOW WOW WOW - thank you Jeremy for your help and patience - I strongly recommend Neno’s - if this was my experience From the first moment I stepped out of the tow truck, I know the quality of his body and paint repair would only be better - Jeremy, Jeremy he’s our man . . . if he can’t do it, no one can . . . yeah, Jeremy!!!!!!!”

“Limped into Cranbrook with my car over heating. Ryan checked out my car and found I was leaking coolant, most likely caused by the deer I hit just before Osoyoos. Ryan diagnosed most likely a puncture in the radiator. Joe called around and found a part in Red Deer which they had sent in overnight. Ryan called his Friday customer and arranged to fit us in so we wouldn't be stuck in Cranbrook for the weekend.
Cranbrook Auto Repair has helpful, knowledgeable mechanics who are willing to go that extra mile for their customers.
Not only did they get us back on the road late Friday afternoon, but they recommended a hotel AND dropped us off there and picked us up once my car was ready to go.

“I can’t say enough good things about Meraki Mechanical and the work they’ve done on my 1952 Dodge truck.
Most recently, they spent three days converting the truck from a 6-volt system to a complete 12-volt system, including a new wiring harness, alternator, battery, lighting, and numerous upgrades throughout. The result is incredible. The truck starts easier, runs better, and feels like I’m driving it fresh off the lot.
What impresses me most is the confidence their work has given me. I know the electrical system has been done properly, and I feel much better about the truck's reliability for years to come.
This project has been ongoing for the past couple of years, and Meraki Mechanical has been there every step of the way. Their workmanship, attention to detail, communication, and dedication to doing things right are second to none.
