The staff were great. I was searching for bell bottom jeans. I found 3 pairs that fit me nicely, but 2 of them are way too long and might lose the flare if taken up. They weren't available in shorter lengths. I will clip them up and see what they look like. I was assured by the staff that if they don't look right that there is a good return policy. I got the "Betty" which fit well in length and all around. One of the salespeople was wearing Suki and I just love those (not mentioned or buyable on the website) and I bought 2 pairs of those even though they are way too long for me. They fit lovely except for the length. I wish that I could just order them at the correct length for myself.

I visited the store in the evening on December 15, 2023, and I was very impressed with all three ladies that were working that evening. They were incredibly helpful with suggestions for styles that would work for me (I struggle with finding jeans I like, as I am short and the high rise style just doesn't cut it for me). The employee that helped me the most (I didn't get her name but her number from the receipt is 75525) was fantastic - right there to help and track down a different size, and give me feedback on how a particular style looked on me and make suggestions on other styles that might work. She even helped with placing an online order for me when they didn't have a size in stock at the store for a style I really liked. I will definitely recommend shopping at this location to anyone!

What a rude store. One worker refused to help a customer, because she was to buzzy talking to her friends. I watched this worker standing there talking away while potential paying costumes need help. Going up to the cashier to purchase wasn't any better either. The cashier must have been having a bad day but why take it out on me. I was there to buy a gift. I won't be going back.

This store has a lot of up to date cloths. Everything is there from belts to accessories. You can do a whole outfit here. I did. I loved it. The staff is very helpful. You get to try everything on. If it doesn't fit they will go get one that does. Prices may be a little higher but you can come back when it is on sale. Great service.

Not sure what happened in this store. There are hardly any clothes, they look as if they are rotating old styles from one store to another. The staff, in particular 1 girl that won't stop laughing as she talks to you it's unbearable. No longer a pleasant place to shop sadly.
