I had a great experience at Mark’s thanks to Vicki. She provided excellent customer service. Another employee had overcharged me, but Vicky quickly caught the mistake and corrected it without any hassle. She was friendly, professional, and really went above and beyond. “The staff were great. I was searching for bell bottom jeans. I found 3 pairs that fit me nicely, but 2 of them are way too long and might lose the flare if taken up. They weren't available in shorter lengths. I will clip them up and see what they look like. I was assured by the staff that if they don't look right that there is a good return policy. I got the "Betty" which fit well in length and all around. One of the salespeople was wearing Suki and I just love those (not mentioned or buyable on the website) and I bought 2 pairs of those even though they are way too long for me. They fit lovely except for the length. I wish that I could just order them at the correct length for myself.”
“I see a lot of comments saying that they follow you around that store and I guess they do but they are there to help you which is what they are supposed to do I guess I don’t have a problem with it I buy alot of clothes from there and they in my opinion are helpful i am in a wheelchair so they get the clothes for me idk I’ve never felt followed or anything”

“I gave this store a 1 star review years ago. Now the racist manager Amber is gone. Thank the Lord. She would not allow Indo-Canadian women apply/ work there on staff. I know this to be 100% factual. The rest of the girls and staff were so sweet and helpful. I will give this store an honest review that’s up to date now.”
