Small job repairing door damage from hit and run in Superstore parking lot. Totally professional operation from the moment I walked in the door. Top not service dealing with ICBC claim, car rental and my 2024 Subaru was completed to like new condition.
Couldn’t ask for a better result.

The team at Craftsman took care of my daughter and her first car after she had a hit and run on it while at work 3 days after she bought it. They were super kind and professional bringing the Honda back to like new and even detailed the car to super clean. Awesome 🙂 highly recommend!

10/10 service.
Saying this shop is amazing is an understatement. They made the stressful experience of repairing a damaged car significantly easier. Many of the local shops quoted around a year for repairs, whilst craftsman quoted three, then exceeded my expectations and completed repairs in two. Not only this, but the repairs were done in such a great fashion. No un-aligned body panels, nor paint that didn’t match. The repairs truly make the car look brand new.
Go take a stop by when you need your vehicle repaired. They are amazing.

I would highly recommend Craftsman Collision in Cranbrook. Kind customer service. Great work. In addition honest, fair service that can be rare in an industry where without much knowledge base customers can have difficulty navigating. They fit my vehicle in during a busy time and it was returned to me looking great and costing less than anticipated! Hope to not need collision repair but if I do I’ll go there!

Nice enough I suppose but not very communicative. When I called in I spoke to a gentleman. Got an appointment.Come in and they say oh sorry, we can only do estimates, we can't take new repairs until February... they could have told me that over the phone.The man I spoke too today says his front desk girl tells everyone... except I spoke with a man who told me no such thing. Sounded like the same guy as today though I can't be sure.Maybe they do good work but they wasted my time today unnecessarily and I don't appreciate that.
