I went to have my Wrangler repaired for a recall and was told it would take all day, much to my surprise it was completed by 11:30 so I was able to squeeze in an oil change and so other regular maintenance work as well. They service guy named Sheldon was so friendly, I was very thankful that I went here.

My mistake. Going back to this place after my last visit. You think I would have learned my lesson, or at least remembered. $240 for a winter tire change!! ARE YOU SERIOUS? 3 years ago it was $120!! Last year it was $180! And now $240? NEVER AGAIN! How can you justify charging that much, when there are other places in town that charge under $100? (Did some shopping around after service was done, should have done it before.) Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Guess that's what I get for being a customer there for 6 years.

The service department quoted me $2002 dollars to fix a well known issue on the sliding door actuator on the drivers side sliding door. Went to a reputable mechanic who fixed it using a genuine part for under $500. Apparently they charge $180 to diagnose the problem which the service department was not upfront about when I booked the appointment. When asked if they believe this issue is safety concern as the door completely locks and has no manual override, they didn’t see it as a safety concern. There is a recall for certain years and models, even though all are using the same locking actuator. The service manager seemed interested to help and said he would follow up with his “Rep” regarding my safety concerns. He did not follow up as promised. I own a Dodge Caravan and Cherokee Trailhawk. Will definitely look at another manufacturer when I purchase new. Completely dissatisfied and this is the first negative review I have left. Just goes to show how disappointing this process has been.

I’m pretty appalled at the service we received at Cranbrook Dodge. We had to take it in for a repair that had to be done at the dealership almost 1 month ago. Intially given a timeline of 2 weeks. I understand parts are hard to come by and I’m not faulting them for manufacturing errors. What does suck, was while parked there, our vehicle was broken into. Smashed the windows. Once again, I understand the policy of not having any liability for others property on their lot, but it added to our frustration that nothing could be done about that. After our first 2 weeks rolled around, the vehicle had not been touched, and we were given varying timelines depending on who we spoke to - which was like pulling teeth just to talk to someone without them sounding annoyed. Finally, after getting the vehicle back 12 days overdue, we get to the dealership and the car is STILL full of glass shards. Not just the odd one, our entire window was still sitting in the drivers seat in a thousand pieces and my wife was given the keys to take it home. The plastic bag was hardly taped over the window covering and who knows where it was stored during our recent rain storms. And it sat like that for at least 10 days. For the amount of money we had to drop to get this repair done, you would at least expect the bare minimum customer service. And I know I’m not the first to have had issues with this dealership.

We just purchased a 2022 Dodge Ram 1500, and couldn’t be happier! The truck is gorgeous and the price was right. More importantly, the staff were professional, helpful and top-knotch customer service!! All the sales and support people were fantastic, but I want to give a special shout out to Hashish who contributed to making this purchase stress free. I highly recommend Cranbrook Dodge sales!

Twice I have looked at vehicles there, and both times I have been offered terrible rates and generally been treated as if they don't want my business. Each time I've bought a nicer vehicle with a better interest rate somewhere else. Definitely shop around before buying/signing anything there.

The Def sensor died in my wifes 2024 pickup it took 4 months for the part to come in I took it in for the day only to find out it was the wrong part, now they think it's a wiring issue, the trucks been in limp mode for the whole 4 months, also I took it in to get the tires rebalanced they told me it was fine a few days later I took it back with very apparent wear on right front tire they finally fixed it but it wasn't covered on warranty because we had just barely went over the kilometers, now let me say the paint job on these new trucks is the worst I've never seen a bug will scratch the almost non existent paint I don't even know how they got it that thin and still colored. So I'm not impressed at all we have a $1600 a month payment on a new truck that runs worse than my 2000 f350 with half a million km. I wish I could trade back for my duramax what joke.

My def screwed up on my 2022 ram 3500 limited mega cab and I had to limp it into cranbrook dodge . It took 3 weeks for them to fix the issue and during that time they had their parts truck stolen and it smashed into a bunch of parked vehicles there , mine was one of them . My drivers side rear quarter smashed in and big long scratches down the drivers side, And instead of them telling you when it happened they waited for them to be able to say they have no footage of it and nothing they can do about it. So here I have my brand new limited truck sitting there for 3 weeks it only has 5000 km on it getting smashed up and no one telling anyone . Not only was the amount of time it took to get my truck fixed extremely long for the issue , they’re very shady people there . I would never recommend anyone going here unless you’re out of options even then I would rather pay a tow bill to anywhere else .

My brake pedal had excessive travel so I asked Cranbrook Dodge to have a look at it. They told me that I needed about $2000 worth of brake work to replace the front pads, rotors and master cylinder. I checked their quoted prices with the best quality parts on Amazon and found that they had quoted me $500 more per part. I took the van to a mechanic I trust for a second opinion. We found that the brakes were in excellent condition with only 25% wear. We could find no reason to replace anything. In my opinion Cranbrook Dodge tried to fleece me for $2000. I am not amused.

They quoted my elderly parents $48,760.00 to fix their 2015 Jeep when they pulled in when they were having trouble.(YES, that much...I have the quote if anyone wants to see it!!) Then Dodge told them they would only get $1000 for their Jeep but my parents would have to buy a vehicle they had not test drove that had a cracked windshield... not the one they had originally test drove and liked. If we didn't agree then we had 24 hours to get the Jeep off their lot. My parents had already rented a vehicle to get to the Crowsnest for our family event. We had to drive back the 3 hours the next day so we could get the Jeep off their lot and over to a local mechanic. Steve was amazing and took time out of his night to find out what was wrong and call us that night. We were able to get their Jeep fixed for just under $7000 and it is running fine. He said he could not find all the issues that Dodge had quoted about. I think it is horrible how they were pressuring my parents who were already upset about not having a vehicle that they loved.
