I was visiting my daughter in Canada and sustained a small chip to my rental cars' windshield. I attended the Cranbrook Crystal Glass store and was served by Christie and Gary who attended to this issue immediately. The problem was fixed professionally within minutes. Thank you so much Christie and Gary, my son in law and daughter will be mentioning your store to their friends and relatives in Fernie. Thanks again.

Drove in from Kimberley with my two young children for a glass appointment, only to be told the installer left and is unsure when he’ll be back. I was told just to wait in the parking lot until he returned. Half an hour later still no sign of the installer. Manager was extremely unprofessional. Will not be coming back.

RCMP told me that Chucky needed a windshield. I guess after 5 yrs and 130000 kms, it was time. Everyone was super friendly, the job was done quickly AND they absolutely killed the competition as far as price. THANK YOU!!!
