I called last Friday afternoon and said I want to change out the old worn out speakers in my truck. By 11am the next day the job was done and for a very fair price and friendly service. It was well worth it as I have MUCH better sound in my truck now. My only regret is that I put up with the old speakers for too long. Very satisfied - thank you!

I bought a remote starter from this establishment and any issues that I’ve had, they were more than accommodating to troubleshoot and find the problem, what blew me away was that they charged nothing, where do you find that kinda service!! The system is probably close to 8 years old, and they still looked after me! Top shelf, 5 Star! Thanks folks!

Best audio store in town! Welcoming, knowledgeable, and flexible. High quality equipment and service! My appointment needed to be moved and instead of being pushed back, it was moved forward, which says alot about their integrity! Highly recommend!

It was a rocky finish paying out 1800.00 to hear someone singing into a tin can. Was not impressed the first 30 minutes. I have little to no equalizer experience, so I rely on presets. But changing the preset made for a wonderful finish. Probably the best sound system I have ever had. It was done very professionally and quickly. There was nothing I needed to do other than learn the system. I will admit I was on guard all the way since my last experience with another car audio installer. Didn't even get out of their driveway and things were falling off, the external mic, door handle bezels, power window controls, door panels clips missing/broken, and door speakers were rattling, not forgetting the 9 hours it was there and the enormous bill to follow. These guys are pros, and take from me who trusts no one, you will not be disappointed.

Great store. Needs a bit more selection for DIY odds and ends and electrical peices. Cranbrook is lacking a good electronics hardware store, that would bring in alot of buissness. But, I'm reviewing today because I bough a set of speakers for my car; after looking them up I found the price to be 20 dollars less than Canadian tire, and even 10 dollars less then amazon. So I apreciate the fair prices.
