First shipment lost by Fedex, was reimbursed by supplier. Re-bought the equipment & now 2nd shipment has not arrived. Fedex customer service knows nothing & is useless.

This automated phone system is pathetic! I’m requesting help to send a package from Canada to the US without duty. Can’t get a person that will listen to me only wants to transfer to someone else. Awful!

Oh nothing wrong with staples dealing with fedex receiving a parcel to be shipped out they are 10 out of 10 it the fed ex divering to them for coustomers to pick it up from staples is the issue. Like I had a parcel that was supose to sent to me woth samaung canada the FedEx cranbrook had it bit littlerly coudlent figured out how to deal with it for 4 days when other carriers would have gotten it done in a day. So staples is 10 stars. Fedex cranbrook well it -5 stars

Terrible...3 days late and I'm still waiting. Held my item at customs without contacting me neither. Paid the extra duty fees 4 days ago.
Called FedEx and they want to wait till Monday to deliver it now....thats another 4 days of waiting.
Probably the worst experience Ive had, that's including dealing with BNI with Amazon.

I paid for express delivery, and it took 2 days longer than if I had sent through regular delivery Canada Post. Waist of time and money.

Delivered package just tossed it under the gate in hands reach for some one to steel. A few more steps and they could have put it in the mail box under the carport. 😡

Package was out for delivery at 10:36am on Wednesday, following day still out for delivery. What happened, did the driver forget to do his deliveries. Over 24 hours out for delivery is ridiculous!
