I had a fitment issue from a different location. I was on the road and in a pinch, in peak busy winter tire season mind you. Manager Mike went above and beyond and helped me out in a timely fashion. Absolute stud!

Called to get an alignment and oil change. Decided to call back to price up tires for my 20" rim. Matching tires. Wasn't sure so I said I'd call back.
Was told it might be cheaper to get the same rubber on 17" rims that I already have.. called Briana back and explained I was looking for tires that would be the same size as the 285/70/20 I priced earlier just with at 17" rim instead. She told me the 285/70/17 were the closest match so I ordered 4 and added the balance and install to my appointment.

Drop my truck off and ask to see the tires. She wouldn't let me see them... But takes me to the display rack, the display version was small .. and I again asked if the tires were going to be the same size as my current tires.. She reassured me that we had gone over all that on the phone and made sure they were and recited the size off to me again. I offered to pay but she offered for me to do so when I picked it up.
Well after 10 minutes of talking to my friend after I left , he told me the tire size she gave me were going to be much smaller then my current tires. I called her back and explained what he had said and she said she'd have to look in her book and then confirmed they were in fact smaller then what I wanted.
.
She then asked if I wanted to stop the appointment. I said.. no no I still need the alignment and oil change but those tires were too small and I would need bigger tires to match the rubber I was looking for.
She informed me she didn't have the tires I wanted in stock and gave me new prices for 2 different sets. I said I would need time to consider the two sets and she told me I could let her know when I got back. Perfect.
I had a vet appointment during this time and hadn't yet looked up reviews for the new tires tobknow which was the best to order . So when I went to pick up my truck, I explained I hadn't decided. She got extremely aggressive and rude with me , made under ... handed comments about charging the account and huffed as I inquired more thoroughly to make sure the quotes were for the correct tire size this time. When I inquired if my truck was done yet. She then told me she had halted my appointment completely and refused to do both the oil change and the alignment because they wouldn't be putting it on the hoist until I bought tires.
Tires they didn't have in stock and I would have to return for to begin with.
For an appointment that was originally for alignment and oil change.
I m absolutely appalled. I have never seen such poor business practice, and poor customer service. I will certainly not be returning the purchase the 2500$ in tires. Nor anything else.

Fantastic service. It was late in the day in late October and they were very busy and they still took the time to explain things to me and make sure I understood everything they did to my vehicle. They were efficient and on time. Thank you!

Brought my vehicle in for a quick brake inspection due to a rubbing noise and was informed my front brakes were needing to be completely replaced as the rotors are warped and the pads measured at 4mm. My front brakes were only just changed in November ‘23 at a different shop. I brought the vehicle to the shop that changed them originally and wouldn’t you know, my rotors are perfectly fine and the brake pads have minimal wear on them.
Never did find out what was causing the rubbing sound.

The staff was great. They did whatever it took to get my truck driving safely. I trust them with my baby implicitly. Mike, the manager, does a great job along with the desk jockeys. I would give one word of advice, Baileys at the coffee station would be a nice touch.

2 bad experiences, the last one was extremely uncomfortable and humiliating, I will never go bad nor have anything positive to say about Kal tire.
They broke a part and charged me for not only the part but the Labor as well, then I was told I was lying about the quote I had received by two employees in front of other customers and charged an additional $400.00 on the original quote.
These people have no responsibility for their work and standing by their word. They DO NOT care about customer service, in fact, the only time they resolved.my issue the first time around was after the manager had read my review online. Absolutely sleezy and a joke of a business operation. There is no fixing this places ignorance and finger pointing, go elsewhere.
