Anne was so helpful! I woke up one morning with a sore back, while camping in our trailer, and decided a new mattress was needed. I called her and she met me at the shop. My husband and I picked out a new mattress and we love it! Highly recommend!!

We needed a mattress in short notice Monday morning. Found this place on Google and gave them a call. Anne met us within 15 minutes and set us up with exactly what we needed. Great selection. Awesome service. Highly recommend

Spoke with Ann Sunday and mentioned what we were looking for, ultra plush with a high coil count and she made a recommendation. I came from Edgewater on Friday and picked up my new mattress. Just sent her a text when I got to town and she met us there. Whole transaction was done and loaded in less than 10 minutes and we were on our way!! Thanks Ann your the best!!

I have nothing but really great things to say about this place! Anne was so easy to arrange a time with to check out the mattresses. She was flexible with our schedule! She was really nice and flexible and helpful!We had a slight concern and the girl that takes over for warranty….she was just as nice! Very helpful and eager to resolve! We are so happy with our purchase and love our new bed so much we are going to purchase a couple more! The ease of this place was so much more pleasant than any other mattress stores I have ever dealt with! Thank you for everything Kootenay Mattress! I will recommend you guys to everyone who mentions the word “mattress”

They were very polite and helpful. They made the appointment with my daughter and were on time. We tried out the mattress, and had our purchase loaded in the truck within 20 minute..will for sure buy from them again.

We inquired about a mattress over the weekend and it was delivered right into my kids bedroom on Monday. Very good mattress and a good price with no hassle. My son loves it.Also very easy to deal with. I didn’t have time to go look at the bed so I trusted them and didn’t have to pay until I seen the mattress and box spring.I will definitely use you guys againDaryl
