I work for a local dealership and tried to order parts at the our closing time to have for the next day. Lordco was super busy and I was put on hold three times so I figured I'd call back the next day to place my order. Sam from Lordco knew who I was and how important the order was and not only called me back at my work but made sure the items were ordered in for the next day. Sam is awesome way to go bud!!

I had an outstanding experience at Lordco in Cranbrook, BC! The price difference between this place and dealership prices is incredible—you get great quality parts without the steep markup. But what really stood out was the exceptional customer service.
A huge shoutout to Mr. Roy, who went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to research a product, found exactly what I needed, and even offered some friendly advice. His knowledge and dedication truly made a difference.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re looking for great prices and top-tier service, Lordco Cranbrook is the place to go! Highly recommend.

Mark Fatum came through at the best possible time when i was thoroughly down for the count. It was an after hours call and he stepped up and got me my parts. I offered a 100.00 after hours callout fee but he graciously turned it down. I write this review to really emphasize how good LORDCO is. It might not be perfect for everyone, but when it counts, they really are there for their customers. Well done Mark, and thanks for saving my bacon.

Very satisfied with their customer service I was looking for a catalytic converter the price was $1,100 the parts guy pull up the website and told the company that were overcharging I bought the same part from Amazon for less than $400

Pricing, unbelievable and laughable
Everytime I check here I remember why I wait one week for online parts. At a minimum lordco is double the price.
Same brand name, same product, double the price, and through an account that gives the maximum consumer discount.
I can't imagine what people that walk in without that pay.
$30 bucks shipped to my door for a fuel pressure regulator, 117 at lordco
Fuel pump, $90.00 online, lordco, $230.00
Coil, $40.00 online, lordco $90.00
It just doesn't make sense unless you are broke down on the side of the road to buy local. It doesn't even compare, I'd like to "support" local but if local businesses don't compete to support local customers why bother

Gage is a very good worker. Saved my family vacation by helping me find all the right bearings and pieces I needed after my boat trailer bearings blew up on a Sunday morning 2 weeks ago on the way to our family lake vacation. With his help with parts and Lordco having everything I needed, I was able to rebuild the bearings and reattach the hub and wheel. Very helpful worker and great place.
