Just thought I’d write a few words about the absolute positive experience I’ve had every time I go into Napa in Cranbrook. Scott and his team are always amazing and do their absolute best to help you with parts and tools. They are very knowledgeable and will even do research to help if they don’t have the answers. Bought a lower rad hose for my 1979 G3500 gmc class c camper van. The hose size was right, the long down tube was right and the 45deg small tube was right,Except the small 45 tube is 90degrees in the wrong direction.

All these guys can do is do what the computer tells them. They can't actually find what you need using any sort of skills or knowledge. Better off doing your own research.

Wonderful people, thanks to Julie and all the team when we broke down driving through Cranbrook on our honeymoon. Even though they were too busy to do the work last minute - they went above and beyond in helping my husband install the part himself.
Breaking down is always awful, but we couldn't have wished for a better garage to have stumbled upon!
