This is a nice little Pharmacy with very helpful staff. I just moved here from Vancouver and I'm used to London Drugs where their pharmacist will answer any questions at any time and so I was looking for a Hands-On Pharmacy like that and this Pharmasave was recommended. They transferred all of my prescriptions up for Vancouver so they seem like they're my new place.

The store itself, all the staff and pharmacy assistants are amazing but the pharmacist regularly treats me like I'm bothering her when I've called in asking for health advice. I don't understand why she acts like this. Usually pharmacists are more than happy to offer information but on the few occasions I've spoken to her, I am left feeling like I'm stupid for asking her for health advice and that it was ridiculous for me to call. She's previously stated things like "What do you expect me to do/say?" I just don't understand why someone would get into this kind of work of they are bothered by clients this much. Workin They could've just as easily went and worked in pharmaceuticals instead of a pharmacy. Then there would be no people to bother them with questions.

I am visiting Canada on holiday, and I had a beautiful experience at this relatively small pharmacy store. Frankly, this store has single-handedly forever cemented my positive image of the entire nation. The pharmacy staff was thoughtful, considerate, caring and innovative. Pharmasave staff lead with their heart and they went above and beyond to help me in a medically critical situation. ❤️???

They are a truly local oriented company. Will give you discount on a lot of items. If you have a lot to buy. Go on the first Thursday of a month. You get 15% off everything except prescriptions.

My son was put on an antibiotic that did not sit well with his stomach... after he was unable to keep down his first dose (which is double the amount for the first day) we ended up being 2 days short on his medication over the weekend. Holly was super helpful on the phone and was able to locate and prepare it within the hour for us even though the original perscription was not filled by them. Her customer service is impeccable and we will be getting all of our prescriptions from there from now on. Thank you for your genuine service on such a busy day, it was greatly appreciated :)

Have to say that the staff at Pharmasave in Cranbrook are awesome. The pharmacists are always helpful and have taken such exceptional care and delivery of my Mom's medications to her. They are always quick to help and always keep the reminders timely for renewals. I always leave that store with a smile.

Such kind people who work there, they are quick and they usually always have a smile on their face. I only simply go there for my inhaler prescription but they know me by first name, and that is satisfactory customer service. :)
