Best pharmacy in Cranbrook in my opinion. The staff has always been friendly and helpful with any questions I've had. They've promptly filled any prescriptions I've needed and had any ready that weren't fully filled the first time. I needed a free sharps bin and had no issues getting one from here as well. The staff is knowledgeable and great at their jobs. I've had some confusions but it's been easily cleared up without issues. Highly recommend this pharmacy

The pharmacists they have there are great, but the pharmacy assistants and technicians they have hired over the last few months are not so great and I’m honestly contemplating transferring to another pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy in 60 years! Always act like you are a child and treat you like sh.t. Every time we phone in a prescription, it is never ready on time. One particular employee makes you wait extra long if you look at her the wrong way. Minimum 45 minute wait for Anything! Will be changing to another Pharmacy before the end of the month.
