Great service. From the quick booking to the check in procedure the employee was so friendly and helpful. He offered the typical add ons, coating and wipers and his explanation sold me on the necessity to change wipers and the convenience of the Teflon coating ( which much I appreciate so much).
He gave me a ride to my appointment and my car was ready when promised. This was a 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend Speedy glass for windshield replacement!

Smooth, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with regarding every aspect of care. Prompt return call to confirm correct windshield was requested. Booked within same week. Accommodating when I was late and nothing but pleasantries from Christian the entire time. I could tell when I picked up the vehicle work was busy, but there was never a reduction in thorough customer service. Have already recommended since this visit and will continue to do so.

Thank you so much, guys. You saved my day!I will return for all windshield issues in the future and highly recommend the team here in Cranbrook!The long story: I had some condensation on the interior of my windshield and was wiping it away when I knocked my rearview mirror off. It is powered and thus was hanging from the ceiling. I had tried to fix it with adhesive myself but just made a mess.I brought it into Speedy at 4:30 on the Friday before a long weekend, and they stayed late to make sure I was taken care of!You guys rock! Thank you so much!

Here's how Speedy Glass operates (TLDR; they're TERRIBLE, STAY AWAY!):1. You take your car in with minor rock chips on the windshield. You're never asked to sign anything or told about any potential risks.2. After waiting for some time, they come out and tell you that "oops, we cracked your windshield, so now you have to pay for a full replacement".3. They never take any accountability.4. When you contact their customer service, they give you a cookie-cutter, copy-paste response. When you reply, they literally IGNORE you ?5. NEVER. NEVER go to Speedy. They have 0 integrity.

Call this business months in advance to order a window for my car. To find out they didn't even order it yet. Had to wait a few more weeks for the window finally to arrive. Drop my car off got it back a few hours later to show up to find my car parked on top of the curb and they damage my hood by drop the window on it. They originally said they would cover the damage. But last minute they have changed their mind and are not willing to cover any of the damages. I have photo Evidence of them parking my car on top of the curb. I highly recommend you go anywhere but this place. They have cost me over 2000dollars and damages.

Just had a really good experience purchasing my new windshield here.They offer me a price match to beat most windshield suppliers in town. They also provided me with a free ride to allow me to drop my car during lunchtime.The service overall is very welcoming and I would recommend you purchase windshield from speedy.
