“After I did some work on my truck I need a alignment so I took it to ok tire, they notified me my lower ball joints were bad and wasn’t safe to do the wheel alignment so I drove my truck home (no charge for the first attempt). I put new ball joints in and they were able to get me back in promptly and I must say I’m pleased with the quality of work, truck drive straight and the steering wheel is perfectly aligned. Front end staff is friendly and good at communicating, Overall a great experience. Thanks!”
