Always helpful staff and their staff are happy! Love the atmosphere here. The only downside is their prices are a bit high on their trees and shrubs. I try to support locally but when it's hundreds of dollars of savings I cant justify it.

Sold me a plant with the Myke warranty then refused to honour the warranty. Talked to multiple staff and they all confirmed the plant was diseased and should be covered under the warranty. This is what happens when you try and support local businesses.

I want to tell you how much you are appreciated by me and my lady friends. We stopped this week to take a look at your gardening centre. The time your staff, during a very busy work place, took to make our visit enjoyable was unbelievable. I didn’t get their names but in total there were five staff members who went beyond their work duty to support our visit. Simple things like locating a cart for our use, ensuring our tomato plants were secure, to helping us load and drive safely out of the parking lot were incredible in our books. We are from Alberta but have fun homes here and you are definitely number one in our evaluations.
Thank you to each of your staff and you, the owners….the entire world needs more owners and employees of your calibre. Caring for others is a world need and you show caring in action form.

The only place on town for livestock feed and other farm essentials . Good selection of pretty much all you'd need. Staff at back get your stuff quick and are very pleasant

As a local you might take it for granted the opportunities and amenities that are here. I went to Top Crop with my friend who lives and works in Vancouver as a gardener and her opinion and perspective on the store, its contents and the service, was extremely positive. Prices were good, products were great, and the service was excellent. 5 stars for small town excellence.

I would just like to say how amazing of an experience I had, I am novice to say the least I know absolutely nothing about plants, I was looking for some English ivy to hide an ugly shed, every single person I spoke to in the garden centre was so helpful and so kind! There was a lovely English lady who helped me pick out Virginia creepers she made sure I got the nicest looking plants rather than just giving me the three that were all together, the people at the till gave me tons of advice on how to take care for them. When I was loading another man gave me advice on how to transport them so that the wind didn’t beat them up. All of the plants in the garden centre are beautiful, full and lush. Everybody that worked there seemed to truly care.

I was tempted to buy my irrigation equipment online, but choose to go to Robert at Top Crop after all. Prices were very comparable and the service was simply outstanding. Super good experience. Thanks so much.
