Hit a rock in Skookumchuk and blew out a tire. Less than an hour later we were loaded up and on the highway back to Cranbrook. Our driver Zach was very friendly and accommodating of our excitable dog. Did everything he could to get us to the tire shop before close and we were able to make it home that night thanks to his efforts.
Very fast service, great experience. Highly recommend.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences. They tried to trap me into paying $400 for flaggers when it was unnecessarily for getting my vehicle out of the ditch. Not only this, they also called traffic control so that while another company was handling my vehicle perfectly legally they were watched and patrolled. Trying to force clients to work with you and overcharging them is not the way to develop a good business.

Do not use this company. Driver super rude and unprofessional. Driver scream in your face to intimidate female driver when your upset with hidden fees.

We’ve used this company multiple times for anything from towing to locked doors. I’m appalled that this company has stayed in business this long. It’s never improved. The guys working there are incompetent, lazy, and callous. They’ve broken parts on vehicles and never took accountability nor answered numerous phone calls. I’ve never dealt with a company who just didn’t care at all about the customers they serve. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone and in fact have made sure that anyone I cared about… or crossed paths with knows this.Services: Car lockouts
