(UPDATE!!) Came today on January 28th at 3:45 pm sign says coffee break back in 15 every time i come here theirs always a sign and no one their!!! What a joke they say they are open 9am to 5pm but are usually short staffed and or on lunch break or closed at 4:30pm!!!!!

Never open. When I ask at customer service they aren’t able to help. I just want to pick up my photos. I paid for next day service, but it’s now been over 2 weeks because they are either closed or opening late

i rarely review sites, but if you want to not do a project use walmart photo center. By the time I was about 15% through my photo book I was so frustrated by the site and how cumbersome it was I just gave up and restarted using another website photo book.
