Went in late to get a few items, the main item I was there for was not available which was understandable. Going through the self checkout, one of the workers was watching me intently and I asked if they were closing. The worker came extremely close into my personal space as I was checking out and asked me to give them a rating. I don't understand why ones personal space need to be invaded to give a rating. I will no longer be going to this location at night anymore unless I have an escort with me.

Smaller store but employees were very helpful when I was searching for certain items on my shopping list. Grocery section was clean and well stocked. My husband loved the Caramilk candy bars, so went back for more!

Almost impossible to walk on the corners with people working and blocking the corridors. Nothing fresh at the bakery and the quality of the fruits are not the best .

Ordered "next day" posters online for in person pickup. After a week of waiting for them to be completed, I call the help number, and get told that they didn't do the order because they don't have the materials and ink, and to "just go to a different Walmart".
No email or call in that week that they couldn't complete the order, no offer of any real resolution, just "go to a different Walmart"...as if Trail is 15 minutes away.

The self check out staff did nothing and just show up after the survey showed up on the screen just to give themselves a 5-star customer satisfaction rating. No shame!

Can never find anything here.
I did witness one of the girls at self checkouts pressing 5 stars for service in store.
That's not up to you, that's up to your customer. I've witnessed this happen at a Calgary location and I'm absolutely appalled to see it happen again.

I don’t like how everytime I go there I get harassed to give them a five star rating. I got asked twice today. Especially when they don’t talk to me or help me then they expect me to give them a 5 star rating. I don’t think they should be asking people to do that for them. If they want to do it they will.
Also the staff aren’t the best or nicest people that work there.

This is a nice Walmart with a food section. It is a smaller supercentre but it is the largest in the area. The prices are regular Walmart pricing, and the meat and bakery are limited, but again, the pricing is good. They now have a self check-out area that they are trying to make people use, but they only have 5 of the tills open, so there is a little delay.

I went to Cranbrook Walmart today evening, did my purchase, went to the self checkout and did the payment, as soon as the receipt came out, an employee standing at the self checkout came to my screen, did not even say a word, and she gave 5 star rating to the question “How did we do today!!” Then she took out my receipt, handed it over to me, and said “thank you”!!
So walmart now makes THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES put 5 STAR rating to their store??? Not the CUSTOMERS????

I want to commend a young man named Mukesh B in the Cranbrook BC electronics department for his exemplary service in aiding an elderly customer to update cell phone service. His integrity, patience and kindness was greatly appreciated. Commendations also to Walmart for hiring so exemplary an employee.
