“The guys here literally saved my butt. I'd been traveling for days and barely made it into Canada. My car was struggling to get up a hill, so bad the bicyclists were going faster than me. I got to the shop and they instantly started looking for the problem. Tim took it for a test drive, realized it was the catalytic convertor, a very expensive fix, one that could keep me in a place (different country) I've never been. Tim took a risk so I could at least make it home (10hrs away). Anyways that risk paid off and more. He basically got it back to new and shouldn't need that expensive fix bc of him. The other guys helping me, Ben and Jeff, were also just as wonderful. I would drive all the way there again just so they could fix my car.”

If you're doing difficult work, you will want Reliable Parts! Brakes, and charging system, water pump, timing belts, things that require a lot of work to get deep down into.. You only want to put in good Quality parts at that point.. CO$T a bit more, and get the good stuff from NAPA. In the the long run, you won't have to go back in there, and do it again, because you already have the best Quality Parts! PS: When you go so DEEP into your Vehicle, that the entire front is off, you don't want iffy parts! D”

“We blew a tire just outside of Creston while driving home from Shambala. We had no spare and kal tire didnt have the size we needed, so these guys called around town for us, found a set of 4 new tires at a local shop, drove us over to go pick them up, and installed them all in the couple hours before they closed. These guys are saints and saved us an uncomfortable overnight stay in the car today. They went so far above and beyond, and we are very grateful to them for being so kind. Cant recommend them enough!”
