“A big shout out to the owners and staff at Modern Alchemy in Creston! I visited the store from out of province and really loved the variety of unique and beautiful products. I purchased a few items but when I got home, I discovered that one of two identical items had a defect. I called the store and the staff member I spoke with was lovely and very helpful and connected me with the owner. The owner was also fantastic to deal with and quickly replaced the item for me. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service!”
