The thing I probably appreciate the most is that when they can't take an item they can tell you why if you want to know, but it's absolutely no judgement about you, some things just don't sell well at the moment and some stuff is a bit too damaged.I've been to other consignments stores in other places (DC) and gotten the dreaded look of disapproval and judgement even when I knew I was bringing in something current and in new condition... and no one needs that! So I think you can feel confident bringing in your clothes. Their guidelines are helpful for deciding what to bring in, and they treat you with respect.Also shopping here is really nice, they have a really good eye for style and quality and the prices feel really fair compared to the retail price for the clothes. They have some cool vintage, and a lot of items brands/designers that are quite $$$ new but a whole lot more affordable to buy here. And the staff don't hover over you or anything but they're very happy to help if you do have questions!”
