So far consigning with them has been a really pleasant experience! The profit sharing (40-50%) is more fair than when I worked some jobs. The thing I probably appreciate the most is that when they can't take an item they can tell you why if you want to know, but it's absolutely no judgement about you, some things just don't sell well at the moment and some stuff is a bit too damaged.I've been to other consignments stores in other places (DC) and gotten the dreaded look of disapproval and judgement even when I knew I was bringing in something current and in new condition... and no one needs that! So I think you can feel confident bringing in your clothes. Their guidelines are helpful for deciding what to bring in, and they treat you with respect.Also shopping here is really nice, they have a really good eye for style and quality and the prices feel really fair compared to the retail price for the clothes. They have some cool vintage, and a lot of items brands/designers that are quite $$$ new but a whole lot more affordable to buy here. And the staff don't hover over you or anything but they're very happy to help if you do have questions!

Loved loved loved this cute, stylish little consignment. Not intending to go shopping - but came away with a few terrific finds at very reasonable prices. Staff was super, and patrons very friendly....well it is Cumberland after all ;)

I love this store.I’ve gone probably around 5-6 times now and ever time I find something really cool in my size.They’re always very fair with their pricing, even on their luxury items and I’ve also gotten some crazy deals with items on sale.I just wish they had mens wear available too. I love wearing mens work wear and it’d be awesome if my boyfriend could also shop too instead of being my personal stylist.But overall such an awesome store!

I love consigning my clothing at West & Co. The team is always easy to work with and it saves me the trouble of listing my own clothing online when I've decided to remove it from my wardrobe. I love stopping by to see what's sold and how much in store credit I have to purchase new treasures and appreciate how careful the team is in curating the shop's inventory! They have even sold pieces that I've sewn myself which just makes me so happy!

I HATE shopping for clothes. So depressing. Popped in yesterday for a quick look and walked out with 4 dresses. The staff were so helpful when I asked for input. I may even have found the perfect dress for my daughter’s wedding.

As a heavier girl, i find it very uncomfortable clothes shopping, but these girls are so supportive and kind! The prices are fair and the whole energy to the store is amazing. I always feel so welcomed and happy in this store and would recommend anybody check out West and Co if youre looking for new places to shop in the valley.

As an avid frequenter of consignment stores around the world(!), I can honestly say this shop has fantastic selection, very fair prices (for buyers and sellers) and well worth a trip into Cumberland. Super staff and great atmosphere!
