He mentioned that I should go see if Doug would be available and mention to him that I was out of town. Doug looked at me and said that because you are a friend of Johnathan and if you are here at precisely 1PM, he'd have a look. Well, I was lucky because 40 years can complicate a lot of problems with exhaust - especially if you still had installed the original catalytic converter. Doug was a super-master of his craft and within an hour I was mobile again with a fair price. Thank you Doug - great job.”

“I recently bought a new car from Bannister GM in Dawson Creek and yes full disclosure the salesperson was my son. Before you assume parental bias, let me say I fully expected him to try to upsell me something unnecessary or at least pretend not to know me on the lot. Shockingly professional. Respect.
The car itself is fantastic smooth, stylish, and packed with more technology than I’m emotionally prepared for. I’m still discovering buttons that do things I didn’t know I needed, but every drive feels like a win and these headlights are a game changer for all the night driving I do for work.
A huge thank you to Lee Tutin in financing, who was absolutely amazing. She explained everything clearly, patiently, and without judgment even when I asked the same questions more than once. The financing process was smooth, stress free, and honestly far easier than expected. A shout out to Neil for taking me on yet another test drive so I could finalize my choice.
Everyone else at Bannister GM was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. No pressure, no nonsense just great service from start to finish.
All jokes aside, this was a wonderful experience. Great car, great team, and one very proud parent driving off the lot.

“Recently had a vibration in my ram 3500 and I suspected it being the rear main u joint on the driveshaft. Their shop was very busy and I called the day of and they squeezed me in! Sure enough they clarified it was the u joint so they replaced it and the problem was solved, for a short time lol. I kept driving until I got north of FSJ and then that same u joint blew, could have been a faulty joint or installed wrong. Anyways I called the shop and they owned up to being responsible for the problem. The next day they sent a tow truck to FSJ and brought it back to their shop and fixed it for no extra charge. Really appreciated their honesty in taking the responsibility and their willingness to help me out!”
