Initially everything was pretty good. Then i had an appointment with the staff who never replied back to the emails (which she asked to send) and neither bothered to follow up.however recent experience was wonderful. Hope to continue doing business with them”
“I have banked here since 1996 and I have always found the staff to be friendly as well as knowledgeable. All my questions have been answered to my full satisfaction and I have received a lot of helpful suggestions and good advice over the years. Like most Canadian banks, they make way too much money off of us, but at the local branch level, I can only say good things about my experiences with the staff over the years. Banking has changed so much over time, but you can still get face to face assistance when you want it.”
“RBC Angel:(To begin with, I am "technologically challenged", but I'm working on it.) I believe it was on the night of November 3rd, 2022, that I was in the Dawson Creek Co-op gas station. I had tried my BMO debit card at the Petro-Can pump, and it was rejected so I assumed I must have gone through my cash with all the unforeseen expenses in my delayed move north. I then attempted to use my new BMO credit card which the password had been changed on. This was also rejected at the Petro-Can pump. I tried to call BMO but my phone wouldn't work. I asked at the Co-op if I could try to prepay with the BMO credit card, which was rejected again. I was sure of the pin as I had actually written it down, but the card reader said it was "too short". I was sitting in my old truck, and you pulled up beside me and offered some transaction solutions that I would never have known, which worked! Your solutions got me to my destination when I would have otherwise been quite desperate, and I am exceedingly grateful! There is no RBC where I moved to, otherwise, I would definitely have changed to your bank due to your kindness and expertise! You truly went above and beyond the call of duty, and I sincerely wish you all the best!Thank you so much for your help!<3”

I needed to unblock a cheque to be re-posted and because it was morning and my brain wasn't in gear yet, I asked Shelly what info she needed to un-block that amount and that cheque. While we were talking, Shelly said that she knew who I was and she had effected that change. WOW, talking about maneuvering in stealth mode with a cheery friendly disposition.”
