Sales manager straight up lied to me about my truck. Told me the service manager said the transmission was shot so they could lowball me on a value. Service manager said he told the sales manager that it was shifting normal. If you're willing to lie about that, what else are you lying about? I'll never come back to this dealership

Service agent was every professional,and set proper expectations of timeframe. Regarding question in survey about fixed the first time either yes or no, could not answer it ,as this involved a Software update in the PCM.
Only time will tell.
Recommendations for others to seek service, answer is yes.

Brought my F350 in for a transmission recall. The front desk lady Monica was very friendly and very helpful. She kept me updated on progress, and was able to answer my questions.
Had to bring my truck in for a leak, I delt with Kieran. If you are looking for honesty and respect I would %100 recommend dealing with Deanna, or Monica, rather than Kieran.
After I spoke with Cody, the manager and the issues were resolved kindly and respectfully. Cody definitely goes above and beyond for his customers.
Overall I'm very satisfied and would recommend Bannister Ford.

We brought one of our company trucks to Bannister Ford to be diagnosed for some engine problems, and were very happy with the service. They got the truck in and diagnosed quickly, and had the repairs completed within a couple of days. Very fast, friendly service, knowledgeable staff, great experience altogether! Thank you very much, we will definitely take our trucks there in the future!

We brought in our truck on the Friday before the Canada Day long weekend to get a recall of the back up camera fixed and when we came to pick up our vehicle, they told my husband that they had ordered the wrong camera, but that they still installed a new one temporarily until the right one comes in in a week or so. But we'll have to make another appointment and be without our only vehicle for probably another 4 hours. If that wasn't bad enough to have ordered the wrong part when there was plenty of time to get the right part in as the appointment was done 1 month prior and they had our VIN number, and as a dealer, that's something that should have avoided. Now come to use our box as usual the next day and open the tailgate it doesn't work, we cannot open it at all. We have a tonneau cover on it and there is no way of opening it whatsoever and to add to all of this, we cannot use our box for another 3 days until they reopen on Tusday July 2/24 even though it states on the website that they are open on Sat until 4pm. I am really not impressed with any of this experience or with our first service call with Bannister Ford in Dawson Creek BC to say the least! I had all kinds of plans on this long weekend that required the use of our truck box, that I now have to postpone because of this. We should have been able to use the box of our truck with no problem like we had prior to bringing in our vehicle there. Also, if you're going to close your doors on a Saturday, maybe that should also be indicated on the google website to reflect that, but instead it states that you're open until 4pm instead of having a piece of paper attached to the door stating that you're closed that day as though this act would informs the general public. We have wasted enough time and feel it was a mistake bringing in our unbroken vehicle at Bannister Ford to begin with.
Not only is it a huge inconvenience, but this unacceptable.
We'd like to pursue this further with the General Manager.
