They did a PHENOMENAL job on my Kia and they went above and beyond to accommodate me with a courtesy vehicle so I could get other stuff done, while they worked on my car!!! There were only a couple of things that were frustrating and they were: 1) they couldn't get my car in for a month and, 2) I was told it would only take a couple hours for the one repair, but my vehicle was actually there from 9:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.!!! However, they will did a great job and I would still recommend them, especially when compared to other shops in the area!!!

Talbert and all the staff at CSN Collison were amazing. They made sure my car was fixed properly and looked great when they were finished with it. From the front desk to all the staff working on fixing and cleaning my car went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

I gave them my car in January end. And they told us that they will pick it up from tow yard in 2 or maximum 3 months. And now its more than 3 months, it is still there. 2 months ago i called them and asked how many cars are still ahead of my car, they said 13 and will pick up within couple of months, i have that proof but today after 2 and half months my car is still in towing yard. And still 13 cars are ahead of me. They didn’t even fix at least one in last 2 and a half month. I request them please dont increase a month everytime i ask. Lastly, i request you to fix my car please as soon as possible. Hoping a call from you with a good news.
