Disappointing. The store itself is okay. Trying to find staff to answer a question was impossible. Apparently last weekends' festivities was much more important. Parking is okay. Location is easy to find. There are better options in Dawson Creek for a hardware/lumber store than this. This is too bad as I have been in really good Home Hardware stores. Better choices are available.

Went in to buy some stuff, 1 trip the manager followed my wife and I around Luke a lost puppy. I asked if he needed anything he said he was putting something away, at every isle we went too. Red flag when some douche won't get out of my personal space. Another trip in the employees were walking around burping extremely loud and farting. Disgusting people. Won't shop there ever again, out of principle I'll drive to fricken GP or even Edmonton first. Terrible customer service, employees and manager.

Very friendly and helpful staff very good selection of misc items you might need . Location and access to them was very easy to find and park .

They shouldn’t say they are open on Sunday on google when they are in fact closed. Update your hours!!!

I am always shocked at the poor service and level of arrogance from the managers at this location. As a contractor, you would think that they would want to give better service, to bring in a lot more business. But they seem content to be a store that only caters to retail.
