“Great atmosphere. New facility is bigger and better. Staff friendly and helpful. Child minding in the morning and 3 days a week in the afternoon makes it even better. Highly recommend.”

“It's refreshing feeling like the world is normal again. The staff are friendly. You don't see the normal juiced out goons you might see at other gyms here. The facility is always clean. Great value for a pay as you go gym. They have also recently added a pub next door if you are looking to skip your workout!”

“Very welcoming, great space. Katey’s assistance in training has improved my progress in muscle growth. Savannah’s welcoming and fresh energy is a breathe of fresh air.”
